At Pet Haven, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@pethaven.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If the item is returned in a condition that is not as described, a restocking fee of 15% may apply.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@pethaven.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pethaven.com with photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the processing period:
• Check your bank account or credit card statement.
• Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
• If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@pethaven.com.
