At Pet Haven, we want to make sure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days — Free on orders over $50
• Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days — Calculated at checkout

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.

International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Issues
If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@pethaven.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
